Here at Mayfield, we strive to ensure that each child reaches their potential.  All staff are committed to the inclusion of all pupils. We support and encourage a person-centred approach towards meeting the needs of all children.

This approach begins with the early identification of children who may have an SEN through continuous observation, assessment and monitoring. We then follow a graduated response whereby parents, children, teachers and other professionals work together to Plan, Assess, Do and review the outcomes for children with special educational needs.  By clicking on the links below you can find lots of information about our school’s offer in terms of SEN provision.
